This has been the most exciting election campaign that I have ever experienced in my life. I have been priviledged to watch all of this unfold right before my very eyes. The candidates, the process, the issues, the people, and the media have all contibuted to the energy and excitement this election has had.

But, to the question, does the economy influence my vote? I would have to say that I need to think more about this before I can honestly say.

I'll be back...

To bad neither will support a flat tax. The progressive tax that we now have only ensures that those who work hard and earn large $ can pay more and more while those who don't or won't can continue to feed at the public trough and contine to whine and ask for more. Barack is one of those who benefited from the tax cuts and of course made sure he paid the lowest amount possible, remember that nothing in the tax ccode says you cant pay more then the minimum.

On the real hard core side, I am one of those people that feel if you are on govt handouts like welfare you should not be allowed to vote.
