Health insurance costs are only getting more expensive and I do think this could help out a lot of people...especially the uninsured and/or college kids. I don't think I'd use it unless I not only had a burning desire to help someone with health costs (not unimaginable) AND had no trust in them whatsoever that they'd pay their bills.
