		<description>I think it&#039;s a great idea and a nice way to help someone out without being too invasive. Health insurance costs are only getting more expensive and I do think this could help out a lot of people...especially the uninsured and/or college kids. (It&#039;s too bad however, that there isnt a way to regulate the usage.)</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a strange idea. I don&#039;t think I&#039;d use it unless I not only had a burning desire to help someone with health costs (not unimaginable) AND had no trust in them whatsoever that they&#039;d pay their bills.</description>
