		<description>When contacting the HR department, don&#039;t forget to verify the address they have on file for you.  Even if you haven&#039;t moved, data entry mistakes do happen!  I single digit on your street address could put your W-2 in your neighbor&#039;s mailbox.  
A missing apartment number will likely leave it stuck somewhere outside the boxes to get blown away or taken (possibly exposing you to identity theft!).  An error in the zip code could leave it in the lost letter bin at the Post Office!</description>
