		<description>Thanks, It amazed me too when I found out (the hard way). I just remember, they ARE a business after all is said and done. I&#039;m not anti-business, but all businesses are there to make money, otherwise they don&#039;t survive long. 

CCCS makes their money by &#039;floating&#039; your check a few days before paying out. They get a bit of interest, and then route your payments. 

It&#039;s actually the credit companies that decided to equate CCCS (or similar services) as bankruptcy. Another reason I dislike credit companies.

		<description>Unbelievable!  I just recently heard about that -the using of consumer services being named bankruptcy on the credit - on Ramseys show.  How can they do this to people and still live with themselves?  How many folks have been buried alive by these evil services?
